Paediatric Occupational Therapy

Helping your child do everyday things with confidence
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy helps children learn important daily skills — like playing, eating, dressing, and writing. It supports their physical, mental, and emotional growth so they can be more independent and happy in daily life.
Why It Matters ?
For kids, play is learning. If a child struggles to play, move, or do things like other children their age, therapy can help build those skills.
When Should You Consider It?
You may need Occupational Therapy if your child:
Can’t catch or kick a ball.
Struggles to eat, dress, or play by themselves
Gets tired easily or avoids movement
Doesn’t play like other children
What Skills We Work On ?
Movement & Strength – jumping, balance, and body control
Fine Motor Skills – holding a spoon, writing, buttoning clothes.
Daily Life Skills – eating, bathing, dressing, brushing teeth
Focus & Attention – sitting and doing tasks without distraction
